Jamie's journey began when her son Ben, who battled late onset schizophrenia, tragically took his own life in 2015. Motivated by her grief, Jamie turned her pain into healing for others, finding solace through EFT Tapping and rediscovering joy.

She wrote Our Forever Ben: One Mom's Letters to Her Son in Spirit and His Poetic Replies and founded the non-profit "Ben's Memorial Mile," raising over $150,000 for mental health causes. With a background in Unitarian Universalism, Buddhism, and Christianity, Jamie emphasizes an appreciative spirit for happiness. Currently in Florida, Jamie continues to inspire others on their emotional well-being journey. Welcome, Jamie.
