Their annual fest happened this past weekend and they created some amazing programming with their fest and specifically, the MixTape set giving a massive stage and platform to some great KC musicians. Sunday night I was blown away by performances from Carswell & Hope, Kadesh Flow, Calvin Arsenia, Jessica Paige, Lauren Krum, Maria the Mexican, Danny Cox, and more. As much as I enjoyed it, I loved even more total strangers to KC music falling in love with our great KC musicians - cheers to the folks at O'Neill Events and the amazing KCIF team.
