When things get tough, you would run. You couldn't fight to keep your relationship. Things do get tough, but giving up is too easy. If you want a long-term relationship, you need to fight. Not run, block people, or disappear. Then you show back up when things have calmed down. That means you can't do anything when life gets tough. No one will want to be in a relationship with you, because you are not willing to fight. You are not willing to keep the one you love in your life, you would rather let them walk away instead. Then you have guilt that you will be carrying for the rest of your life. You will blame yourself for everything, in the end, all you have left is yourself to blame. Running doesn't solve anything, it makes you weak and no one will want to be involved with you. People won't deal with you.
I always let a situation play out before I speak. I didn’t need to defend myself because I had nothing to hide. People who constantly talk expose themselves. I am a private person, but I do share the lessons I learned because no one should go through this. People who think they can break the person who makes them jealous, only ends up breaking themselves. I sit back and watch the show and they get mad because I don’t show how I feel at that moment. I learned being calm proves you have nothing to hide. Later on I will let it out, but during those moments I just remain calm. I have been through this so many times before it’s something you grow accustomed to. You know it will hurt, but you also know it will end and you will be proven innocent like all the other times
Never let anyone tell you to be quiet or your voice doesn't matter. Your voice does matter. Standing up for yourself does matter. What you do does matter. You do make a difference. Never let anyone tell you otherwise. People will try to silence you because they are afraid to hear the truth. They are afraid to face reality. They are afraid to not do anything about what is going on in this world today. Someone needs to make changes and be the voice, and that person is you.
If there was one thing I learned, I learned to remain humble but also to stand in my strength. People will be envious of you and will do anything to wreck your image. I would always say let everything go in one ear and out of the other. Sometimes the storm we go through teaches us a lesson or shows us our strength. That doesn't mean to treat others the same way they treated us, but to be humble about it. We do show how we want to be treated and it can be an advantage point or point to back off. We are allowed to share what we went through and no one can silence us. Sharing what you went through can help someone else.
I don’t show reactions anymore, I climbed mountains. I dedicated myself to work towards my goals and what I wanted in life. The hall of fame and world knowing my name is knowing I never gave up. The champion is knowing when it got tough, you never once gave up. Out there listening is knowing I had good intentions and everything had to happen the way it did, for me to be where I am today. I am not changing myself or my personality because your lies got exposed. I chose to move with grace and to remain humble. This new era doesn’t involve my past, my past is what brought me here today.
Your intuition will let you know when something is up, it will be that feeling. You will find your way back home, you have some missteps but life will set you on the right track. When you get lost you will always be found. None of us are lost forever. I realized as you get older the brighter you become, the light becomes brighter. Don't be afraid to take that step, that leap, you got this. Your intuition will let you know if it's right or not. I know a lot of us to feel lost and empty, it's okay sometimes it takes a while to figure everything out.
Through the pain, anger and tears I am not the one who is insecure or stupid. I chose to remain silent and let God do the work. People will reap what they sowed. You can’t be nice but treat people like trash, it doesn’t work that way. Karma will come back twice as hard. You will get what you deserve. If you can’t keep what someone told you confidential, because it’s breaking confidentiality. Then you have no business being a doctor, because if you break HIPPA you will have a lawsuit filled against you. I am in the grounds where I could file lawsuit for everyone involved, but I chose not to because the right actions were made. Being in insecure will only cause more problems for yourself, there is something within yourself that you don’t like or you are mad about something, but you chose to take that anger out on everyone else. Now you are paying the price for the actions you took.
I am not going to hurt any more when I remove someone. If you give off creepy vibes, who likes to stock people and can't choose on his own who his friends will be? How will you make it in life? No one wants a man who is full of himself, who is argonant, who thinks he can treat us in anyway he can. Acting `creepy, stocking us, or acting very weird. We will find ways to remove you. If you have that kind of behavior it is no wonder none of us want to be around you. You won't guilt trip or shame us because we can see your red flags. That's why the majority of us walk away. That's why this world is dark and why we don't trust anyone. You think we owe you something, but you are wrong. We don't owe you anything.
Surviving the Great War was realizing that they were playing with fire. Somewhere in the haze I’ve sensed I have been betrayed. Breaking someone’s confidentiality to only act like the victim . You knew what you were doing, but you didn’t think I would expose you. There is no place to hide but the bed you created of lies. Don’t show up or act like I forgot. I don’t forget. You just want this to go away, but it won’t. I survived the Great War while you are in misery. What you did backfired on you. Not only did you destroy your reputation and credibility, I heard since I left that company is in pieces. Not my problem, maybe you should have listened to my warning but I’m not the one who is suffering. It’s always interesting how when I walk away everything breaks into pieces. All this time I was the one holding everything together. You will never find another person like me and many of you are learning that the hard way.
Everyone thinks you're an angel while covering yourself with a mask. Pretending to be someone you're not or pretending to be a good person when underneath you are cruel. Everyone has a different version of you, but every one that is close to you doesn't know the dark side of you. They say that can't be you or you are lying, even with the evidence in front of them they are still in denial. Denial will only make you an idiot and stupid. I know you love them and want what is best for them, but eventually, you will have to face the truth. That the person you knew wasn't all that it seemed.
