So lately, I have been really enjoying listening to my music while I workout or while I am working during the day. I recently read a study about how baroque music increased productivity and excitement in the lives of radiologists. I decided to dig deeper and see how we could apply this to our own life.
I have 5 ways for you to use music to impact your life and relieve stress. You could even try 1 of these today.
Diversify the types of songs you listen to. Classical music, blues, reggae, pop, hip hop , country, meditation.
Vary the rhythm. Familiar and unfamiliar songs, world music is a great option. Spotify has a really great playlist.
Vary between instrumentals and vocals. Uplifting music and inspiring podcasts are great. Words can be distracting when you are trying to concentrate or relax.
Trust your intuition and if the music isn’t making you feel good, turn it off and put on a different song.So I have created a playlist on Spotify called Manifestation Mindset.
