You are going to love Elise Jones!  Founder of Utah Yoga & Wellness, Elise has 18 years of teaching experience in the health and wellness industry in several fitness genres.  Elise describes teaching yoga as helping others learn to help themselves achieve fuller lives, through physical movement and mindfulness.

Elise went through her own health trial & the recovery process of open-heart surgery in 2017, it was her greatest learning and teaching experience.  Believing in the healing power of laughter, she personifies a UY&W mantra to 'Laugh Every Day'.  A 'retired' river guide, outdoor enthusiast, avid music lover/wanna-be DJ, Disco Skating advocate, lover of simplicity & all things random, she embraces fun, humor, compassion, hard work, crafternoons, and living life to the fullest.

Above all, her greatest accomplishment is her family; husband Christian and her two daughters. Tune in and enjoy her incredible story.
