Dom tells that much of the discussion has become centered on the First Amendment, arguing why he believes that Twitter should be treated like a public space when discussing the legality of free speech. Then, Dom offers up some stories centric to the world of sports, asking whether listeners think the 49ers should pursue former Quarterback Colin Kaepernick now with an injured starting QB, the decision by Dr. Pepper to award two prizes during an SEC halftime show, and the continued snub of Curt Schilling by the Baseball Hall of Fame.

Then, Dom welcomes in Montgomery County Commissioner Joe Gale onto the Dom Giordano Program to discuss his opposition to a pay raise for elected officials, refusing a raise himself and asking for other elected officials to do the same.
