Maddie and I dive deep into many different topics, from her career as a dancer that created a really low sense of self esteem and poor body image, to finding herself in a super disempowering relationship that forced her to be brave enough to say no to settling and instead begin her self love and healing journey on a deeper level. Maddie was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue and PCOS, struggling with the mental struggle of putting on weight and being unhappy within her body. She has since learnt how to take care of herself, listen to herself and become friends with her body. Maddie is also full time in her own business that she's built from the ground up, which is another part of her story that you can learn from and be inspired by if following your passions is an interest of yours!
