The Carolina Panthers announced on Thursday afternoon that they would be hiring former Indianapolis Colts head coach and the first quarterback in franchise history Frank Reich as the team's next head coach. Frank earned the job over other finalists, Steve Wilks and Kellen Moore. Did David Tepper get it right?

After being denied the head coaching job in Carolina, what happens with Wilks? Multiple reports suggested that the Atlanta Falcons were curious to see how things ended in Carolina for Wilks. Could he and Al Holcomb be headed down I-85 South to coach under Arthur Smith in Atlanta? Or, should Wilks stay on in Carolina as the defensive coordinator?
