The Carolina Panthers ended its search for a new general manager on Monday evening by hiring a familiar face. Dan Morgan, former Pro Bowl linebacker for franchise and most recently the organizations assistant GM was promoted to the role of President of Football Operations and General Manager. Julian Council reacts to the breaking news.

Since Morgan was hired in May of 2021, the Panthers are 14-37. While it's not fair to place the blame on Morgan, there's an issue within the front office when it comes to roster building. Should other changes be expected to be made now that Morgan is the man in charge?
