In this episode I have brought back Emily Dukes, who I consider a visionary and very profound healer. We’ve known each other since 2005 and rekindled our friendship  after Emily did my metamorphosis program.

When she started the program she was feeling stuck and cared too much about how other people saw her and, as she says, “at a time where she needed to become authentic or bust”. She blossomed after that, got the courage to quit her job and  finally found a deep knowing inside herself of what to do, and it really paid off. One of the things she emphasizes is that acknowledging your own personal  trauma is key to being able to heal. In that sense she notes “I felt I had made room for the good stuff to come in”.

She now finds layers upon layers of information from the clients she works with just from hearing the frequency of their voice and helps them move trauma, clear the energy around their chakras and improve their lives.
