How long does healing take exactly? Ehh I think it's just kinda life thing honestly. So instead of wondering when we'll be finished with something, maybe we can just take it a day at a time.

A lot can change in 24 hrs, and with a wounded mind, I think the best thing we can do is not try to rush it.

This was a good one. So yeah, where's good for us to recharge and get refreshed? I think it depends on each of us specifically, and asking ourselves what it is we're needing at this very moment. Is it connecting to regain our faith in humanity? Or maybe we wanna unplug completely. Sometimes being surrounded by people seeking healing can be even more draining on us, so it's important to listen to exactly where our lil hearts wanna be. Ask yourself, write it down, and go for it. Whether it's permanent, or just a day trip.

What about when we feel like we lost our connection to our Spirit Guides? Where the hell'd they go, or why can't we hear em anymore? Our spiritual pit crew evolves right alongside our everyday life. It might just be time to get acquainted with your new circle!

Some of us just ain't made for group work, and that's ok! We love people, and we love to do our own thing. I think as Empaths, sometimes its easy to forget that we're usually tuned in to the masses 24/7, so we naturally need more alone time than most. It ain't nothin' personal, we just very rarely feel alone. If ever.

How will we know if we're an Empath!? Only we ourselves know the depths of who we TRULY are, right? So learning to be compassionate and listen to ourselves with kindness, is KEY. So, this is what I've found for myself defines not only practicing empathy but being an Empath.
