It’s a chilly morning here in NH. It is 39 degrees and we have the fireplace going. The dogs are cuddled up snoozing and Kevin is reading. A great way to ease into a Sunday morning!
It has been fun sharing my ‘bathrobe briefings’ with you this last week. Thank you for watching them!
The last 7 days haven’t been perfect honoring my food plan, but I was willing to keep showing up, even after the imperfect days.
That is key to your weight loss journey, and our lives in maintenance when we reach our goals.

I will share what I learned from these Messages from a Messy Life and how they have moved me forward in my journey.
I will share how they have allowed me to forgive myself for the times I haven’t shown up perfectly and how they have allowed me to celebrate where I have grown to!

WHAT IS THIS JOURNEY WE ARE ON WITH THE BATHROBE BULLETINS?
I have loved sharing with you about 2 of the simple steps I used to lose 100 pounds and living my life in maintenance almost 4 years later.
This week I am going to show you those 2 simple steps in action.
Each day, I will share my food plan for the day and my assessment of how I showed up for myself the previous day. I will also share with you my before and after pictures from each meal.
I don’t count calories, so you will not see calories as part of my food plan!
I don’t restrict food groups, I eat what I love, so you will a wide variety of foods on my plan!
I am not perfect, so it is likely that you will see days in the next week where I didn’t honor my food plan!
I AM A WOMAN WHO KEEPS GOING, so you will see my plan and assessment every day, even after days that aren’t perfect!
I would love for you to share your plans and assessments as we go through the week.
