About This Episode
Let's start by saying there is no special diet for someone with Type 1 Diabetes! Gone are the days when having Type 1 meant having to eat no or low carb, sugar free and low fat (someone needs to give hospitals the memo😆🙄). If you enjoy eating low carb then I think that's great! But if you're wanting to have more variety in your diet and go back to eating like a 'normal' person again while still keeping your blood sugars in range - then listen in! I'm sharing my favourite healthy meals on rotation and how you can make meal planning and carb counting easier than ever!

About This Episode
What we eat when treating a hypo isn't something we really stop to think about. Understandably, we are often just in survival mode, especially when you're having hypos regularly, not to mention multiple hypos daily / weekly. But in this episode we're having an honest conversation about how you're treating your hypos, and why it could be one of the more insidious factors causing you to gain weight since diagnosis. Stick around to the end for some actionable tips on how you can make better treating decisions if it's become your reality.
