Many of us suffer or have previously suffered with self-limiting beliefs holding us back throughout our lives. As adults we either realize those beliefs exist or are unaware of their existence. We develop these self-limiting beliefs throughout childhood and they carry into our teen and adult lives impacting us daily.  Ashley is joined on the podcast by children’s author and hypnotherapist Jo Galloway. Jo realizes the impact self-limiting beliefs have on us as adults and she wants to stop them in their tracks for children. Jo is passionate about helping children break free from limiting beliefs by promoting positivity, mindfulness, and self-awareness. Jo was raised in a good home, but false beliefs caused her to choose tough romantic relationships as an adult. While in a relationship with a malignant narcissist, Jo realized she deserved better. She left the relationship and took the time to understand herself and reprogram her false beliefs.
