Are your emotions explosive at times?

Or maybe you don’t react at all.

It could be your emotional regulator is stuck.

Emotion regulation is the ability to gauge the appropriate level and range

of emotional response to a given situation.

When your regulator doesn’t function right, you can experience extreme highs and extreme lows when responding to different situations.

Doesn’t mean you’re broken, crazy or weird. It just means your emotional regulator needs some tweaking.
