With an estimated 80 million Millennials in the USA and large percentages around the world, they are making up a large portion of the workforce. They are a major economic contributor and they are shaping the future of business leadership.

The values and expectations of Millennials differ from the traditional workplace values that Generation X and Baby Boomers grew up with.
