We’ve given many talks on the actual strategy we use to end binge eating and food addiction (which we’ll also cover briefly in this podcast) but the main focus will be on how to EXPEDITE your progress, so you can experience food freedom as quickly and easily as possible.
I’ll specifically be going over one core technique that we teach ALL our clients, starting on their Day 1, that expedites their progress faster than anything else. I’ll teach you that technique in detail during this talk.
I’m rarely attracted to quick fixes, but I’ve noticed that when you go through a tried and true system properly, the results do come more quickly. For us, the difference has been ending binge eating in weeks, rather than many months or years (or decades).
Most people think it needs to take years, but it really doesn’t when you’ve got the right techniques in place.
In this week’s podcast, we’re going to talk about simple practices you can use to rewire your brain so your progress comes faster than ever. That means:
- Feeling more free around food, without worry of losing control
- Being able to have any food in the house without fear
- Living your life without a single food rule (and knowing you don’t need them to control yourself)
- Enjoying food more, without trying to eat less
- Feeling more successful and beating yourself up less
- Enjoying the ride! :-)
I’ll spend most of the podcast on this core technique and why it works, and how to use it in conjunction with the other steps we teach our clients.
