What have you learned about yourself this past year? As we head into 2022, it’s important to take time to reflect on your mistakes and achievements in 2021. 

Each New Year is an exciting blank slate full of potential for new achievements, life lessons, and personal growth. But before we can move forward and plan for the next year, we need to take a look back on what this past year taught us. Only when we have fully digested and understood the purpose of the failures and mistakes from our past can we move forward and create growth for our future self. 

In this episode, I am so excited to be joined by some of my closest girlfriends to have a deep and personal chat about what we learned from 2021. Ann Marie Esparza Smith, Fanny Varela, Jessica Tapia, Diana Gallo, and I recorded this episode at La Bodega Brewing Company in Whittier, California.
