EP 5 Focuses on Reasons.
Erin discusses her journey on figuring out what the reasons of her life are, where is she the reason for certain events, and where there is no reason to a situation but she is required to respond nonetheless.
She talks about mindset shifts from believing that God was the reason for everything, to her being the reason for bad things happening, then there being absolutely no reason or connection, into everything happening for a reason - to here and now where she knows life is a combination of all of these.
And, as always, she then leads into a mindfulness moment of reflection and a few deep cleansing breaths.
