  • 014. Figure Out What You Want And Go After It
Do you know what you want?
    What you really really want?
If your answer is yes - GREAT! You'll get some tips on how to fine tune it. If your answer is no, you are NOT alone. Erin didn't for a long time. She always listened to what other people wanted and took them on as her own, or was afraid of how people would react so she'd suppress her wants.
In EP 14 Erin discusses her past mindset about wants - how she shifted from a materialistic upbringing into going into debt then understanding wants and desires are an important part of being human but it's often hard to decipher between what we want and what other people want of us or for us. Erin offers some questions to help with that.

  • 013. You Are Worthy As You Are
Do you ever get stuck in the mindset that in order to be worthy you need to do a lot or be the best at something?
Do you ever fear that a mistake will obliterate anything "good" that you have done?
If your answer to either of these is yes, this is the episode for you!
In EP 13 Erin shares the revelation that you are worthy even if you do absolutely nothing and even if you make all the mistakes.
Your worthiness is not based on what you do, how much you do, or how well you do it. This is something that has been hard at times to grasp but realizing this and internalizing it is huge because it allows space for forgiveness which helps us navigate with less anxiety.
