Thomas is a broadcast writer, content creator and traveler.  He fell in love with broadcasting as a kid role playing being an announcer with the nightly news. By 19 years of age he was working in radio and by 20, Thomas was anchoring the 6 and 10 o’clock news at an ABC affiliate network in Fayetteville, Arkansas while still a senior in college. He started a television production business in Dallas, Texas where he worked on national broadcasting programs for CBS, ESPN, and others. 

Thomas has narrated over 33 audio books for author Fred Dodson and 5 books for internationally recognized astrologer Steven Forrest.  Thomas has found home in western mountains of North Carolina after years of travel and adventures.

In this Share Your Light episode, we are very blessed and excited to welcome Kara Ware. Kara is a National Board and Functional Medicine Health Coach who has spent nearly two decades healing her son of the underlying causes that create the symptoms commonly referred to as Autism. She did not accept the limiting belief there was nothing she could do for her son who looked like he was in unbearable pain. She knew there must be something she could do to help him feel better and,  therefore, behave better. She found her thoughts, which created her words, and then her actions, which created her habits, which created an atmosphere of healing, ultimately allowing Kara to accomplish what many still say is impossible. When her perspective changed, and her anger turned to embrace what this journey had come to teach, the healing began. She learned her son came to teach her this shift from fear to love and how to support her family to thrive in today’s environment.

Today we’re talking about the Schumann Resonance – what is it and how it can help you to feel more in harmony with the energies around you. The Schumann Resonance is considered the heartbeat of the Earth that undulates in response to variances in the electromagnetic field. As there are on average 2000 lightening storms happening on the planet at any given time, the waves of these energetic frequencies impact the Schumann Resonance and thus potentially effect all of us.

Schuman Resonances can occur between 3 and 60 hz but the peaks of resonant energy average
7.83 hz which is the same frequency of of our brain when we’re in a relaxed state.

The frequency of radiofrequency electromagnetic radiation that powers cell phones, radios, tvs,
computers and appliances from 30,000 hz to 300 billion hz. So if the earth’s heartbeat is 7.83 hz
and our relaxed brain wave pattern shows a similar 7.83 hz, but we’re constantly surrounded and bombarded with these invisible wave energy of significantly higher hz, it may leave us feeling ungrounded, stressed and anxious as well as affecting our heart rate and blood pressure.

Nasa’s studies into the Schumann Resonance have shown that cells grow faster and stronger and live longer when exposed to low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields. When there are irregularities in the Schumann Resonance, there is a stronger probability of experiencing physical, psychological and behavioral issues ranging from fatigue and stomach issues to insomnia and high stress.
