Please join us today as we discuss food and the empath; how certain foods may effect the empath and ways some of us could be using food as a way to deflect or absorb all the emotions we feel.
Some empaths may use food as a way of shielding or protecting from all the energy they feel which can lead to weight issues or sometimes food addiction. Although we turn to food as a source of energy and nutrition, it can also be centered around comfort, protection, stress, exhaustion and grounding our energy.
Throughout this episode there are useful tips, suggestions, and even a short quiz to help you determine if you are an empath with a strong connection to food. We also discuss some basics of Aruveydic body types and how this may help you to align more with yourself , your eating style and food preferences.

In today’s episode, we discuss ways to nurture the children and teens who may need some guidance and extra support during these trying times. Join us as we talk about ways you can empower the children and young adults in your life to feel more safe, confident, and self-assured through learning meditation, the power of saying no, and becoming more aware of how other people may impact their serenity and sense of self.

Please join us today as we discuss why being authentic is key to integrating aspects of your life for more depth, meaning and truth. Throughout this episode we refer to Brene Brown’s work which this quote sums up perfectly:
Authenticity is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s about the choice to show up and be real. The choice is to be honest. The truth is to let our true selves be seen.
-Brene Brown***There is a short introduction at the beginning of this episode to address the unrest that is happening in our country right now. The pre-recorded episode on Authenticity begins about 10 minutes into the program. ***
