What’s your inner critic saying to you?

Chances are it has something to do with your Enneagram type.

But it does NO good to just point out that your inner critic is wrong. 

What you need to do is change what they are saying 

…and make that inner critic a lot more compassionate

…and you can’t do that by just deciding not to listen

… you do it with repetition or emotional frequency
