Eights are self-confident, strong, and assertive. They’re also protective, resourceful, and decisive. Eights feel like they have to control their environment and that can lead them to become confrontational and intimidating. Eights typically have problems with their tempers and with allowing themselves to be vulnerable. They make amazing friends, are loyal, and supportive.

I'm a Type 7 and I've got lots of golden nuggets in this episode! Sevens are extroverted, optimistic, versatile, and spontaneous. They're also playful, high-spirited, and practical. We constantly seek new and exciting experiences but don't like to feel ANY negative emotions that will stop us from living life or bring us down. We'll do anything to escape bad/negative feelings and thoughts. We're also impulsive and impatient.

Type Sixes are reliable and indecisive, they’re also hard-working, responsible, and trustworthy. Type 6's have the ability to foresee problems and offer a solution right away. They can also become defensive, evasive, or anxious all while running on stress. They tend to be cautious but rebellious. They typically have problems with self-doubt and suspicion. Of all the types, Sixes are the most loyal to their friends and to their own beliefs. They will “go down with the ship” and hang on to relationships.

Type Fives want to find out why things are the way they are. They want to understand how the world works. They are always searching, asking questions, and delving into things in depth. They do not generally accept standard opinions, they have a strong need to test the truth out for themselves. Type 5s can typically be introverted and analytical but are very social and are great listeners.
