Moshe Gersht is a Wall Street Journal best-selling author, spiritual teacher, and motivational speaker.
His most recent book, It's All The Same To Me: A Torah Guide To Inner Peace and Love of Life sheds insight on the human condition and our God-given potential for achieving happiness. Deepak Chopra calls his works “an added contribution to the world's enlightenment.”
At a glance, all of us are unique and nothing in this world is the same except for everything binding it together. Behind everything, there is a unified sameness. There is a type of life you can live on a joyful, peaceful, and loving plane that one can experience when they start to touch base with the sameness that we see in everything. The focus is trying to connect to the universal connection that we are all here together as one.
Moshe describes uncanny parallels between the spiritual path and marketing. As we continue to broadcast ourselves and express vulnerabilities, we connect with our audience more deeply. The message is heard, and in turn, we get out of our way. Moshe shares a path towards mysticism and cosmic relation.
Moshe says, “I spent my teenage years lead singing for a signed rock band before my first spiritual awakening that brought me to Jerusalem. The next fifteen years were spent in deep study and practice of spirituality. I had my inner struggles, traumas, and dark night of the soul but in the end, thank God, have found myself swimming in the glowing light of freedom with a desire to share my wisdom, story, and light.
“Originally from Los Angeles, Ca, I grew up with the ambition of being a rock star. Not fully out of the question, as I was given the gift of music and a passion for the stage. I spent over seven years writing, recording, releasing albums, and touring. We opened up for some of our favorite bands and got to see America and part of Canada in the process.
“When I was twenty I had my first spiritual awakening that brought me to Jerusalem to find out what life was all about. I was in love with my music, but even more in love with life. I found something called a Yeshiva, a place of Jewish study, where we learned Torah for ten hours or more every day. I did this for the next thirteen years.
“The topic of my new book coming out in February is Hishtavus - which means equanimity or sameness. The power of sameness is something the core of this teaching. How beyond the physical appearance of all things we are connected as One.”

Meet Christina Eanes -- a former FBI violent crime analyst and senior manager, now author, speaker, podcast and YouTube channel host, and self-improvement guru.
Christina specializes in super-achieving and is on a mission to help others achieve more in life, mainly by getting out of their own way, and currently does this through her books, podcast series, professional development courses, and keynote speeches.
Christina’s newest book, Life is an Escape Room: Applying Lessons Learned from Successful Escapeletes to Achieving More in Life, demonstrates how the skills you gain playing escape rooms with intention will make you more successful in all aspects of your life. Escape rooms are a fun way to learn about perception, communication, leadership, how to have better relationships, and so much more! Each chapter provides entertaining and insightful advice (and exciting stories!) to help you improve your professional and personal life skills. In our interview, we find out how a booby-trapped Egyptian tomb, following a pirate’s treasure map, and a Sherlock Holmes mystery with an obstacle course, a hedge maze, and a playground can make your life better and improve your self-awareness and personal skills.
Christina’s other publications include: Quit Bleeping Around: 77 Secrets To Superachieving and The Secret to Super Productivity.
Listen to our conversation, and you’ll see how much of what Christina taught in law enforcement centered around awareness and self-reflection. The quality of self-awareness requires self-reflection. It is the act of making time to earnestly take a look at yourself. Beginning as a person, and then a leader. If we can take the time to understand how we are perceived by others, we can lead more effectively.
Christina describes emotional intelligence training and safety training as being interdependent because people are understanding each other at greater depths. She saw a window of opportunity from her services in law enforcement that directly translates to her work in professional development.
Highlights:
Today, Christina works with a team of instructors that deliver an online course every month. Their core principle shines a light on the concept of great success through greater self-awareness.

Jerlyn Thomas is a VP of product design, design director, and published author/illustrator. As a technophile harnessing a wide range of global objectives, her current projects include inclusivity and accessibility of design, overcoming accessibility restrictions, and an annual awareness of black history month. Jerlyn’s focus is bridging the gap between technology and art by imposing her humanistic illustrative technique.
Jerlyn is known for creating a digital experience and attention-grabbing art that amplifies the human purpose by concentrating on inclusivity and accessibility of design. She consistently communicates to and reaches a growing and diverse demographic.
Growing up on the island of Dominica, Jerlyn learned from an early age the importance of inclusivity and accessibility within her community. If there were ever a neighbor that she failed to greet when coming home from school, her mother would be made aware of it. The childhood teachings of empathy and love embodied by her native land translated to her inspirational work in the disabled community. Following a life-changing encounter with a disabled woman, Christina Mallon-Michalove, Jaelyn decided to accelerate her knowledge of access restrictions and how she could improve experiences for people like Christina through accessible technology.

Meet Gigi Stafne on today’s episode of Entelechy Leadership Stories.
Gigi is Executive Director of Green Wisdom School of Natural & Botanical Medicine and Women’s Environmental Institute. Gigi has a commitment to improving global health and wellness in a completely sustainable organic holistic way versus a technical, singular, and unempathetic way. Weaving complete answers from multiple sources to fix our cosmology.
Gigi discusses the importance of looking at what truly feeds and nourishes your soul. Core competencies of healing the human soul are deepened by utilizing intuition, sensing, compassion, and empathy. This supports the listening and responding to a person's needs in a greater way. Part of the work is emitting heart-felt energy. Being an exquisite empath.
The personal commitment to self-awareness enables one to look at the deeper commitments in the Soul and heart. Going beyond the self and cultivating and serving a greater purpose a larger calling. Healing the full cosmology allows one to thrive versus survive. It is not enough to have a personal passion, think bigger, have a bigger Soul purpose, what is the collective requirement and how does my Soul purpose support and fulfill this.
Utilize contemplative time and silence as well as nature for self-awareness and growth. Be in counsel with nature to understand the ecological and environmental requirements. Deepen your connection to nature and earth as the environment and planet have messages for us.
Primary ways to connect deeper and communicate with nature and our earth:
o Create and cultivate spaciousness to hear messages
o Silence – being quiet
o Be in nature - unplug
o Receive and transmit – connecting with plant spirit allies
o Understand how you receive and transmit – develop your intuitive skills
