    * If you could give one piece of advice to young professionals, what would it be?

  • Should You Refinance Your Home? - Entrepreneur Podcast Network – EPN
There is a lot of buzz about home refinancing nowadays. It seems like everyone is refinancing their home to pay for things like student loans or even credit card debt. It’s hard to know if refinancing your home mortgage is really the right choice for your financial situation. Refinancing your home can be a good thing that brings along lower interest rates or a shorter loan term! That being said, it’s not always a positive solution depending on your financial status. Should you refinance your home? Keep reading to learn more!
    Image via Pexels
    Why Refinance Your Home?
One of the first questions you should ask as a homeowner is why you should bother with home refinancing in the first place? There are a lot of incentives to refinance. First, you might be able to secure a lower interest rate on your home loan. If you’re able to reduce your interest rate, you might save money depending on your loan. Not only can you save money, but you can lower the size of your monthly payment!
Refinancing your home loan might also shorten the loan’s term. For instance, you can bring a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage down to 15 years, splitting the term in half! You might also want to go from a fixed-rate mortgage to a ARM loan if interest rates are falling nationally in the marketplace. You would do the reverse if the interest rates nationally are facing an upward trend. As you can see, there are a lot of positive benefits to refinancing your home if you do so mindfully and under the right circumstances.
When Is Refinancing a Good Idea?
Refinancing is a good financial idea if your new loan involves a lowered payment or shortens the term of your loan. If you’re smart with this, you can use something like USDA refinancing to escape debt quickly. You should be comfortable playing 3% to 6% of the principal of the loan when refinancing, as this will cover the cost of closing the new loan. If you’re in a stable financial place and can afford this temporary cost, the benefits likely outweigh the risks! Remember, you shouldn’t use loan refinancing as a means to spiral further into debt through a different line of credit. Keep the focus on securing a better loan for your financial situation!
When Is Refinancing a Bad Idea?
Loan refinancing isn’t the best thing for everyone. For some people, refinancing a home loan is a slippery slope into gaining even more debt. You also need to be comfortable paying the costs of closing this new loan, and sometimes it isn’t worth this extra cost for only a small difference in monthly payments. Loan refinancing is also not a good idea if you aren’t staying in the home for more than a few years. If you’re planning to move soon, you likely won’t stay long enough to see the benefits of refinancing.
Before you make a large financial commitment like home loan refinancing, examine your financial goals. What are you looking to accomplish with a home loan refinance? How will this help you reach your goals? Examine how much you owe on your current mortgage and your current terms. It’s easy to get caught in this cycle of refinancing when it might not be productive towards your actual goals. When in doubt, speak to your lender or a lending expert about the best option for you.
    Refinance Your Home
Home refinancing can be a beneficial financial decision for many homeowners, but it’s not always the best choice for everyone! Oftentimes the cost of refinancing lowers the actual benefits of the new loan. Always speak with a professional before making large financial decisions, and be wary of relying on credit or excessive lending to solve your financial problems. This guide above should provide the clarity you need to take the next step!

  • Why you Should take Investment Advice when Planning for your Companies Future - Entrepreneur Podcast Network – EPN

It can be easy to feel comfortable in the leadership position, especially when you’ve built your company up from nothing. No one knows the company better than you, and you may be able to reel off everything from your facts and figures to your receptionists’ name at the drop of a hat. In the end, you’ve likely mastered the top 5 productive habits of a CEO, and think there’s little left to learn.

However, there’s always more room for advice and support. When it comes to seeking out investment advice in planning your company’s future, it’s best to go to the experts to get the best guidance available. Here’s why.

    New Ideas

No doubt you’ve recruited those you trust and feel up to the job. However, whether it’s the work culture or brown nosing the boss, you may find the same ideas are in constant circulation. Planning your company’s future alone or only internally might mean you are cutting your business off from a lot of forward thinking talent beyond your office walls.

Inevitably, you need to strike out into new territory at some point, and it’s beneficial to do so with new faces every now and then. In the end, new people yield new ideas, who in turn create new opportunities and possibilities. The results are bolstered all the more when you head straight to the experts doorstep and funnell in only the best suggestions.

    Tailored Service

Each company needs a different investment strategy depending on their history, where they are presently, and what they want to achieve. A financial history of a business can be marred with great successes and mistakes, so it’s important that any advice received is applicable specifically to you and your business. Advice for another business won’t do for you, so a google search is off the table.

Companies such as Hymans Robertson work hard to understand you, your business and everything you want to achieve, and then work to provide you with the best investment plans possible. Whether you’re seeking investment growth or protection, an independent investment company will have no reason not to help you as best they can.

    Planning Smartly

When planning your company’s future, lining up an assortment of objectives and risks will only benefit your company. Having a quick rundown of you plan of action can help you spot potential pitfalls and plan logically. Nevertheless, while you might be able to outline a broad trajectory of your company’s financial future, it takes some talent to whittle it all down into something feasible.

By gaining investment advice, you can gain subsequent knowledge; heightened industry awareness, stronger temperament, competitor trends, and expertise on adapting to individual circumstances. The advice can build your logic behind every business decision that you make in future. Ultimately, this not only helps you make one good choice, but helps you build a better business in the long term too.

The United Kingdom ranks among the top regions in the world with an eCommerce success story. This accomplishment is majorly tied to a citizenry with a huge purchasing power and top-tier internet infrastructure. If you are considering venturing into or improving your UK-based eCommerce business, unfolding are practices that could yield your business unmatched positive results:
Your eCommerce platform is your chief marketer; work on it to perfection
In the year 2017, the UK had a total population of approximately 65 million, with her active internet users standing at approximately the 59 million mark. Statistics also indicate that 87% of UK’s population shopped online as at 2017.
To meet the demands of such a high promising population, you need a website where your customers can seamlessly browse through your categories, make their orders, eventually pay and receive their deliveries within the shortest times possible.
Since eCommerce platforms need more than just what HTML or WordPress can provide for a website, you can take advantage of Magento Agency UK that provide not only web design and development solution but also everything else aimed at optimising your scope of eCommerce environments such as performance monitoring and reporting analytics. This includes localising your web content which has boosts your conversion rates by averagely 70%.

Even as you perfect on your eCommerce platform, matching the needs and expectations of your customers is the best avenue to winning their trust. Conduct market research on the existing market gaps and improve on the existing challenges. Identify your customers likes and dislikes, and focus on the former as you avoid the later. For example, a report by Penton Research indicates that eCommerce platforms are losing millions worth of revenue because of customers displeasure with sites that don’t list local currency as a payment option.
Give your customers a personalized approach
Different UK buyers have different expectations of the services they enjoy on various eCommerce platforms. The most common of the expectations by the buyers is a proactive approach to the problems they encounter while making their purchases. To make every buyer on your platform feel valued, follow up with them on every dissatisfaction they encounter on your platform through emails, live chats, phone calls, and other efficient and proactive methods of communication.
Up-selling and cross-selling will earn you more revenue
Finally, for every goods and service that you provide, you can always consider tagging them along with other complementary goods and services. Overly, shoppers do not love the hustle of checking out with different complementary products from several platforms. For example, if you are selling shoes, a buyer would expect to check out with compatible a shoe cream or shoe polish for every pair of shoe that he or she will purchase.
