This can happen with your team and your clients (customers). It’s often said and it's all true that what matters most……before your revenue, are the relationships you have with those you work with.

In this episode, listen for:
Active Listening and Effective Communication: Active listening allows you to give your full attention to the concerns and perspectives with all those involved.
Identifying the Root Cause of the Conflict: You want to ask questions and have conversations with those involved to get to the bottom of it. By getting to the root cause, it will help come up with a good solution.
Encourage Open Dialogue: Give a space in which everyone can express their thoughts. Realize everyone is going to have different perspectives.
How do you resolve conflicts? Let us know!

You must recognize conflict will happen and get in the mindset that no matter what industry you’re in, this will help you prepare for conflict. We often think of a conflict as something negative which can lead to an argument but it doesn't have to be that way.
In this episode, we discuss how to prepare for a conflict. As you prepare for conflict, know it's a part of the journey. You have to build a strong foundation of communication and trust with your team, establish clear expectations and goals. By taking these measures, you can lessen the conflicts that could arise.
In this episode, listen for:
Recognize conflicts will happen: When you acknowledge that conflicts will happen, you’re able to create a business environment that embraces constructive conflict. You can create an environment where your team members feel comfortable expressing their opinions, thoughts and concerns.
Build Strong Communication and Trust: This is the foundation to resolving a conflict; you will use your active listening skills, have an open door policy, and build trust within the workplace.
Establish Clear Goals, Roles and Responsibilities: When you are able to set clear expectations, you tend to avoid conflicts. If there’s too much confusion and misunderstandings, unfortunately conflicts will happen. By clarifying what’s going on, you can create a positive work environment.

Conflict is unavoidable, but how you deal with it is what counts! Every day, you’ll have to deal with conflict. You’re faced with challenges daily but know, not everything has to get out of hand. While you’re faced with these challenges, think about how you’ll handle it, consider the people involved, and know the risks you may be taking.
In this episode, we talk about conflict management in business. By understanding conflict management and how to navigate challenging situations, you CAN foster a healthy work environment.
Conflict is a disagreement that can lead to an argument (which you don’t want to happen) and those main causes of conflict are:
Disagreement about the goal
Disagreement on how to achieve the goal
Different standards and values
In this episode, listen for:
Why effective communication is always the key to solving a conflict. Make sure you have an open dialogue with those you work with. Without communication, things will get lost and no one is going to know what's going on.
Another cause of conflict can be of different perspectives. You may clash with others because they think differently but you must be open because after all, you all want to achieve the same goal.
What is often seen is that leadership is not open to questions about a specific task, gets frustrated and then ends up doing it themselves, but how can you make this not happen?
Don’t forget to say until the end and come join the group as we discuss this topic.

Have you ever given any thought to the stress that comes with transitioning from working for someone else to becoming the CEO of your own business?
In this episode, we talk about the stresses that come with being a CEO, but the real question is how you can change your thinking so that you don’t get stressed out and exhausted?
Most of you had previous employment and had to adjust your mindset in order to run a business. You were once “told what to do” but now you are the one who must answer to yourself. Although you come from a different background in which you use that experience which has created your business but there’s way more that goes into it then what you might have thought.
In this episode, listen for:
When you’re hired for a position for a company, you’re doing one job and expected to stay in your own lane but now it’s all you unless you have a team, you’re now wearing many hats and that can be stressful but how do you overcome that?
Instead of saying the term work life balance, switch it to life work balance. You know you started. You wanted to create a better life for yourself not having to work in a typical workplace environment.
What are the common stress factors when changing your mindset?
