Jeff Forrester from Florida checks in on the show this week. Jeff reached out to me last summer asking if he could crew me at the Mid State Mile Last Man Standing Ultra. I did not know Jeff at this time. SInce then we have formed a true friendship & Jeff serves as a mentor in my life. I asked Jeff why he reached out to lend a hand to a complete stranger? We also touch on the benefits of doing hard things, the importance of mistakes, being a father, marriage, his personal coaching & much more valuable life lessons and conversations.
