Daryl has lectured and taught classes around family law for 25 years. She is managing partner at her law firm. Ms. Weinman is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. She is board certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2000, and was awarded her Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 1994, and with a background in economics from Colgate University.
