Scott Kimberly owns and operates the Law Office of W. Scott Kimberly, located on the Historic Public Square in Murfreesboro. His practice primarily focuses on criminal defense, family law, and personal injury.

Scott is committed to making the community a better place to live. He currently serves as the Chairman of The Kimberly Family Foundation, which he founded in 2016 to encourage philanthropy in Rutherford County and Middle Tennessee. He also serves as President of Murfreesboro Young Professionals and has served in various nonprofit roles throughout his career.

Scott and his wife Denise live in Murfreesboro with his two children, Henry and Julia. They attend Mother Theresa Catholic Church in Nolensville, Tennessee.
