Melany shares her story as a first-generation Peruvian American navigating the expectations of family, culture, and career while learning to honour her natural openness and sensitivity.

We dive into the impact of four completely open centres, the body’s response to misaligned environments, and how deconditioning has transformed her life after her Saturn return. Melany reflects on her lifelong urge to sample, pivot, and explore, her process of reclaiming creativity without monetising it, and the small daily rituals that help her stay anchored and clear.

Together, we talk about the power of giving ourselves permission to move slowly, to follow joy, and to create spaciousness in a world that demands constant productivity.
