Joined this week by my friend, Travis Crusch. Travis was born & raised in Montana & has been hunting elk since he was 12 years old. With September coming to a close, we discussed his elk hunting career & tactics that has helped him close the gap. With that, Travis discussed his journey on how he was able to lose 100lbs. Travis explains that he "wasn't in a rush" when sliming down. He was able to construct a manageable & repeatable plan that helped him create healthy habits which in turn helped him lose the weight. Travis has a great story & is one of the most humble guys in the game.
