Rest and productivity is discussed. How we can do things differently. To rest then do, rather than vice versa.

We talk about how life, particularly with small children is difficult, but suggest some great ways to cope.

And I talk about the feelings of guilt around a successful business that doesn't make me busy. Justifying a 4 hour day when i shouldn't be.
