Gee Thanks! listener Ashley Hill had purchased her very expensive and very unique wedding dress over the phone at Neiman Marcus. They charged her card and told her the dress would be shipped out the next day. In between that phone call and the next day, an error in communication led Ashley's dress to be sold to someone else. 

There were no other dresses left. Neiman Marcus apologized and refunded her. But, they said, there's nothing else they can do. 

Hopeless and frustrated, Ashley went into the Gee Thanks! FB group to share the tale with the community.
