It recently struck me that women often have to reinvent themselves every time a big life event happens. Changing jobs, having children, caring for parents, children leaving home, going to university, hitting the menopause.

But yet men (generally) don't seem to do the same thing?

We discuss the impact of reinvention, when it is a hugely positive thing. And also define 'running away'.

We have both been through many reinventions, intentionally and non-intentionally and discuss lots of life experience, as always. shouldn't be.
