Greg and Kyle welcome Cami and Russell Cunningham to the podcast.

On August 30, 2022 13-year-old Cami Cunningham became the youngest female and the second youngest hunter ever to complete her FNAWS (Four North American Wild Sheep).

It is a pleasure to chat with Cami and her father Russell who reside in Dripping Springs, Texas. There is a common theme in this visit and it is the importance of family.

For many serious sheep hunters, completing their FNAWS at such a young age seems impossible. But for the Cunningham family, it’s a tradition for kids to go on their first Dall sheep hunt in Alaska at the age of ten. That ritual started with Cami’s grandfather Barry and father Russell. Cami’s 10-year-old sister Stormy kept the tradition going when she harvested her first Dall sheep.
