Joined this week by Nathan Butler. Nathan just recently completed the Cocodona 250 which is a 250 mile Ultra Marathon in Arizona. Over the course of 111 hours Nathan burned 41,000 calories, climbed over 37,000ft and held an average pace of 26 mins per mile with 7:47 being his fastest which also happened to be mile 250. Let's not forget he carried the American Flag the entire 250 miles to honor his late coach + current & former service members. Pure savage. With that, Nathan spoke on what he learned about himself throughout the event, how he shows character in discomfort, dealing with pain and hardship, his faith in the lord and much more. You don't need to be an Ultra runner to take pieces from this episode. Nathan leads his life with Christ at the front and will be the first to tell you that he's no better than anyone else. Enjoy.
