Our first female guest, Mary O'Brien joined us too discuss her journey with Are You Bogged Mate and how she founded the company that aims to boost awareness and start a conversation with the broader community about the rising issue of depression and suicide rates among men in rural areas. Mary shares with us stories from her agricultural background and some funny yarns and even tops things off with a special gift for the boys.
