Episode 148 - Health Heroes! Your life is about to forever change as I share with you the single most important lesson I have learned and applied to my life in the last twelve years of my journey to optimal health and happiness. Our bodies are composed of these base elements by volume: 62% hydrogen, 24% Oxygen, 12% Carbon and 2% everything else (minerals ect). When I learned this I realized that I had been missing what should have been the main focus all along… hydrogen. As you are about to learn, we are supposed to have specialized bacteria in the colon that break the hydrogen carbon bond from the food we eat and supply our bodies with the necessary amount of hydrogen. The problem is that those specialized bacteria have been destroyed by chemicals and we are not getting enough hydrogen to be healthy. Basically if you have scar tissue that is a clear indicator that you are “Hydrogen Deficient” because of you had enough hydrogen you wouldn't have scars.
