Jacob D. Bach is a Milwaukee-based climbing coach, passionate LGBTQ activist, outdoor guide, and talented performer. In today's episode, Jacob and I talk about diversity, respect, and acceptance in the outdoor industry. Being held Jacob back from sports, but now he leads the way for bringing acceptance to the gym and sets an example for the kids he works with. He loves getting outdoors and drops some beta for the Midwest climbing scene.
