As proclaimed to the Paris Euronext, FDJ makes a bold and daring move to become “Europe’s second biggest gambling operator” – as it continues its M&A appetite beyond French shores.

What is the ripple-effect of FDJ’s transformative bid to acquire Kindred Group, on European markets and its competitive make-up  – as a hungry and deep-pocketed French giant awakens.
