Mimi is the very first guest on the podcast! She is a BA graduate of Psychology, and a Hypnotherapist and Sex therapist from Victoria, BC. I know Mimi from a few years back, as I was having trouble sleeping and decided to give hypnotherapy a try. I learned a lot and found it very helpful, and also was intrigued by what it might do for a runner. Mimi was kind enough to indulge me, and I think you’ll enjoy the information.
