As a professionally certified life coach and certified Level 3 Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner, Barbara blends deep inner work with practical guidance, supporting clients in transforming limiting patterns into life-giving practices that foster growth and thriving in all areas of life.

In addition to her one-on-one coaching work, Barbara consults with small mental health practices to help them align their organizations with their core values through the lens of Internal Family Systems—guiding leaders to run their businesses from the “Self” of the organization.  

Beginning in 2026, she plans to offer retreats, groups, and intensives designed to deepen personal growth, integration, and transformation in supportive, experiential settings.
