We have a great conversation of his roll as COO of Spiffy. He shares how he guided Spiffy from a young mobile company to a thriving detailing business across multiple states. One of the key things he implemented early on was utilizing Google calendar to more efficiently schedule his team. He quickly outgrew this and shares the adoption and evolution of technology and systems that helped them grow. Jonathan shares some tips on scaling your auto detailing business - sell first then deliver.
