Kaiju month continues at the Psychotronic Film Society! This week, we're bringing it back to America to discuss producer J.J. Abrams' American take on the kaiju: CLOVERFIELD (2008)!

Synopsis: Five young New Yorkers throw their friend a going-away party the night that a monster the size of a skyscraper descends upon the city. Told from the point of view of their video camera, the film is a document of their attempt to survive the most surreal, horrifying event of their lives.

Hosts Justin and Gary will make their cases as they discuss the film's unique take on the kaiju genre and delve into its use of 9/11 imagery. Will that be enough to get it into the Psychotronic Hall of Fame?
