We’re all going to experience challenging seasons no matter how much we try to plan and control life’s outcomes, but the mental, physical and spiritual burnout from these trying times can be extremely hard to navigate. We can start to question our purpose and it can shape our relationship with faith in a positive or negative way. Being excited by reaching milestones isn’t a bad thing, but we want to ensure that we don’t attach our entire value to achievements relating to our job, relationship status or parental status.
