OG mate of the show and athlete Jack Smith returns for a catch up on his athletic journey in the past eighteen months since he was last on the show. We kick off with his experience competing in an Aquathon and Duathlon in Townsville at the start of the year, including having to take caution of sharks and crocs in his races. Following on we recap what is included in an Ironman event and talk through Jack's experience in racing in two of them, followed by one of the most unluckiest injuries and how he overcame it to still crack on and win the Australian Aquathon. Was great to catch up with a bloke having a red hot crack in the field of athletics, enjoy legends!
