In this episode of the Vint Podcast, Billy and Brady discuss the first of our Quarterly Collection Update Reports. The collection report provides commentary on the status and first-quarter index returns of all 19 collections closed and active on the Vint platform. The report also includes notes on the impact that the war in Ukraine has had on the fine wine and spirits markets.
Next, Billy and Brady are joined for an interview by David Keck, Master Sommelier, former professional opera singer, restauranteur, and now winemaker in Cambridge, Vermont. David has a unique story and, like many of us, has taken an unconventional path into the wine world. He recently taught on American Whisky for the Advanced Sommelier Course for the Court of Master Sommeliers in Dallas, Texas, which he shares a little bit about. We also discuss his forray into winemaking and the opportunities and challenges associated with growing grapes in Vermont for his new label, Stella XIV Wines.
