A lack of workers. An increase in COVID cases. An aging labor force. They’re all issues facing US employers as they struggle to fill jobs today and prepare for the labor pool of tomorrow. In the latest episode of The Dairy Download, we talk with two guests about efforts to overcome workforce woes.

First up is Carolyn Lee, Executive Director of The Manufacturing Institute. Her role includes preparing the workforce for an ever-evolving manufacturing industry. She discusses efforts to recruit more women, veterans and youth, and why manufacturing is a desirable career.
