Artemis has been a successful coach in the strength and conditioning industry for 14 years, but in 2021, decided it was time for her to step away, and enter a new chapter of life outside of coaching. 

Now, after this experience, she has come back, and in this episode, we dove into what made her want to step away, what life is like in the corporate world for individuals in health, and what she is doing now to help support women transitioning into a new phase of their lives.
